Please be aware that all clients wishing to book their pet in who are travelling to Australia must notify us at time of booking.

All invoices must be paid prior to departure and a contactless pickup will be required on return. An emergency contact person will be required to collect any pets in the event Covid-19 restrictions are placed on travel from Australia and a date for return cannot be confirmed.

PET DROP OFF & PICK UP
Pets can be dropped off or picked up during the following hours:

Morning - 8.30 to 9.30am
Evening - 4.30 to 6.00pm

Please be considerate of our staff and our pet guests by adhering to our opening hours.

We are open 7 days a week (excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday).
